1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any part of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

BTE offers:

• 1:1 consultations (branding, business plan, grant, AI automation, and more).
• AI-powered assistants and GPTs for business, branding, and productivity.
• Digital products, courses, training, and downloadable resources.
• Done-for-you services including AI builds, automation, and grant support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed through verified third parties (Stripe, 17hats, PayPal, Square).
• Consultations are non-refundable once booked. Reschedules are allowed with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Digital products, courses, and downloadable resources are final sale and non-refundable.
• Payment plans and "Pay in 4 Installments" options are subject to the terms of the payment processor.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, GPT prompts, frameworks, training materials, and branded assets are owned by BTE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for a paying client (e.g., final brand assets, business plans, or custom builds) are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our GPTs, prompts, or courses.
• Share account access, paid content, or SMS content with unauthorized users.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number through our forms, checkout, or booking flows and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from BTE. Message types may include appointment confirmations and reminders, session recaps, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.

• Message frequency: varies based on your activity and preferences.
• Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
• Help: reply HELP or contact startuphelp@btheentrepreneur.com.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimers

BTE provides educational, consulting, and AI-powered services. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, grant, or funding outcomes. All results depend on your effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Nothing on this site or in any consultation constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTE and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
